No-Show Consequences:
- First No-Show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, we will reach out.
- Second No-Show: If you miss your appointment without notice a second time, we will regrettably have to suspend your ability to schedule future appointments at Ethereal Oasis.

To reserve an appointment outside of our regular business hours, a nonrefundable fee of $10 is required. Please note that this fee does not contribute to the cost of your service.
- If you reschedule or cancel within our policy timeframe, this fee will be transferable to your new appointment.
- For any rescheduling or cancellations made outside of our policy timeframe, a new nonrefundable $10 fee will be required to reserve an appointment during unofficial hours.
